The tract of land located in the Edgewater and River Terrace Service Area assuming its proportionate share of the outstanding debts and taxes of the Travis County Emergency Services District No. 10, if it is added to the district.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote has the added Edgewater and River Terrace tract assume its share of ESD No. 10's outstanding debts and taxes if it joins.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the tract assuming those debts and taxes.

Voters in the district and in the Edgewater and River Terrace territory vote in separate elections.
