THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The issuance of $16,500,000 bonds for recreational facilities and for refunding recreational facilities bonds of the District, and the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes up to $16,500,000 in bonds (including refunding bonds) for recreational facilities and a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
