THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $300,000,000 in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds (macadamized, graveled, or paved roads and turnpikes, or improvements, including storm drainage in aid of those roads)

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes up to $300,000,000 in bonds for roads and a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
