THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; an operation and maintenance tax for the District not to exceed one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the district to levy a maintenance and operations tax of up to $1.20 per $100 of taxable value.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority for this maintenance tax.
