THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $60,000,000 bonds for roads, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes up to $60,000,000 in bonds for roads and a property tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
