THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $90,000,000 bonds for refunding road bonds (including refunding bonds issued therefor) issued pursuant to Section 52, Article III of the Texas Constitution, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes up to $90,000,000 in refunding bonds for road bonds and a property tax to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
