THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE; the issuance of bonds in the amount of $391,500,000 for (1) school facilities, including campus renovations and district-wide safety and security upgrades, and (2) buses, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote authorizes Manor ISD to issue up to $391.5 million in bonds for school facilities, campus renovations, safety and security upgrades and buses, and to levy taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote denies authority to issue these bonds.
