Shall Section 1.07 of the City Charter be amended to revise the City's annexation and disannexation authority and procedures to require compliance with applicable state law, clarify the rights and obligations of residents and property within annexed territory, and require payment of City taxes and assessments owed before disannexation?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote ties annexation and disannexation to state law, clarifies rights in annexed areas and requires city taxes owed to be paid before disannexation.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Charter Section 1.07 unchanged.
