Shall the City of Pflugerville City Charter be amended to revise the procedures for adopting ordinances, including eliminating the requirement that a proposed ordinance be read at two Council meetings and instead requiring an additional reading only when the City Council determines that an amendment substantively changes the ordinance, and revising related notice and public-availability procedures?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote ends the two-reading requirement for ordinances, requiring another reading only after a substantive amendment, and revises notice procedures.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves this part of the Pflugerville City Charter unchanged.
