Shall the City of Pflugerville City Charter be amended to lower, from fifteen percent (15%) to ten percent (10%), the percentage of qualified voters required to sign a petition for an initiative, referendum, or nonbinding referendum?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lowers the signatures needed for initiative and referendum petitions from 15% to 10% of qualified voters.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves this part of the Pflugerville City Charter unchanged.
