Shall the City of Pflugerville City Charter be amended to provide that voter petition requirements be completed in compliance with state law and extending, from two (2) weeks to four (4) weeks, the deadline to file a supplementary petition after a petition is certified insufficient?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote ties petition requirements to state law and extends the supplementary-petition deadline from two to four weeks.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves this part of the Pflugerville City Charter unchanged.
