Shall the City of Pflugerville City Charter be amended to allow City Council to appoint residents of the city's ETJ as non-voting advisory participants on city boards and commissions?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the council appoint residents of the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction as non-voting advisory members of city boards.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves this part of the Pflugerville City Charter unchanged.
