Shall the City of Pflugerville City Charter be amended to add a new Section 11.05 specifying how the public may participate in City Council meetings, including the submission of written comments on agenda items and participation by remote communication to the extent permitted by state law?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adds a charter section on public participation in council meetings, including written comments and remote participation as state law allows.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves this part of the Pflugerville City Charter unchanged.
