Shall Article II, Section 4(e) of the City Charter be amended to allow the City Council to determine the cost for elected officers to participate in the group health insurance plan available to employees, rather than requiring elected officers to pay the entire expense?
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for lets City Council decide how much elected officers pay to join the employee group health plan, instead of the charter requiring them to pay the entire cost.
A “No” vote means
A vote against keeps the charter rule that elected officers pay the entire cost of joining the employee group health plan.
