Shall Article II, section 21 of the City Charter be amended to expand the time period for the city to audit its financial records, file and publish its annual financial statement from 120 days to the time required by state law?
A “Yes” vote means
A vote for changes the deadline to audit the city's finances and file and publish its annual financial statement from 120 days to the time state law requires.
A “No” vote means
A vote against keeps the charter's 120-day deadline for the audit and annual financial statement.
