THIS IS A TAX INCREASE Authorizing the creation of Van Zandt County Assistance District 6 and the imposition of a sales and use tax at the rate of one and three-quarter percent (1.75%) for the purpose of financing the operations of the district.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote creates County Assistance District 6 and imposes a 1.75% sales and use tax in it to fund the district's operations.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects creating the district and its sales tax.
