THIS IS A TAX INCREASE The adoption of a local sales and use tax in Van Zandt County Emergency Services District No. 2 at a rate not to exceed two percent (2%) in any location in the District.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets Emergency Services District No. 2 adopt a local sales and use tax of up to 2% in any location in the district.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the district's sales and use tax.
