In a non-binding advisory vote, should the City of Laredo support efforts to expand pediatric hospital services in the Laredo-Webb County community and encourage Webb County to evaluate available governmental options under Texas law?

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for advises the City to support efforts to expand pediatric hospital services and to encourage Webb County to evaluate governmental options. The vote is non-binding.

A “No” vote means

A vote against advises the City not to take that position. The vote is non-binding.
