THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $30,000,000 in refunding bonds to refund bonds issued for water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration, or refunding of such bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said refunding bonds
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district issue $30,000,000 in refunding bonds for its water, sewer and drainage bonds, repaid by property taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the refunding bonds.
