THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. THE ADOPTION OF A LOCAL SALES AND USE TAX IN WHEELER COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 1 AT THE RATE OF ONE-FOURTH OF ONE PERCENT (0.25%).

A “Yes” vote means

Adopts a local sales and use tax of one-fourth of one percent (0.25%) within Wheeler County Emergency Services District No. 1.

A “No” vote means

Wheeler County Emergency Services District No. 1 does not adopt the 0.25% sales and use tax.
