THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. THE ADOPTION OF A LOCAL SALES AND USE TAX IN THE CITY OF SHAMROCK AT THE RATE OF ONE AND ONE-QUARTER OF ONE PERCENT (1.25%).

A “Yes” vote means

Adopts a local sales and use tax in the City of Shamrock at a rate of one and one-quarter percent (1.25%).

A “No” vote means

The City of Shamrock does not adopt the 1.25% local sales and use tax.
