THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. Ratifying the ad valorem tax rate of $1.28040 in Bartlett ISD for the current year, a rate that will result in an increase of 18.1708% tax revenue under the adopted rate as compared to maintenance and operations tax revenue for the district for the current year as compared to the preceding year, which is an additional $220,000.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote ratifies Bartlett ISD's $1.28040 tax rate, which the ballot says raises maintenance and operations tax revenue 18.1708%, an additional $220,000.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the adopted $1.28040 tax rate.
