THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. Ratifying the Ad Valorem tax rate of $1.192200 in Coupland Independent School District for the current year, a rate that will result in an increase of 4.14% percent in Maintenance and Operations tax revenue for the district for the current year as compared to the preceding year, which is an additional $86,933.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote ratifies Coupland ISD's $1.192200 tax rate, which the ballot says raises maintenance and operations tax revenue 4.14%, an additional $86,933.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the adopted $1.192200 tax rate.
