THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; an operation and maintenance tax for the district not to exceed one dollar ($1.20) per one hundred dollars ($100) valuation of taxable property.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district levy an operation and maintenance tax of up to $1.20 per $100 of taxable value.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the operation and maintenance tax.
