THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $210,000,000 bonds for water, wastewater and drainage system facilities, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district issue $210,000,000 in bonds for water, wastewater and drainage facilities, and levy taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the bonds.
