THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $122,015,000 bonds for roads, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district issue $122,015,000 in road bonds and levy taxes to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the road bonds.
