THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of $17,290,000 bonds for park and recreational facilities, and the levy of tax sufficient to pay principal of and interest on the bonds.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district issue $17,290,000 in bonds for park and recreational facilities and levy a tax to repay them.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the park bonds.
