Shall the Charter of the City of Taylor be amended by adding a new Article requiring that, before the City Council takes final binding action on a matter deliberated in executive session under a project designation, code name, or other non-identifying reference, that before taking action a posted agenda item must provide enough specific information for the public to be made aware of the project including the name of the company?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires a posted agenda item, including the company's name, before the council takes final action on a project discussed in executive session under a code name.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not add this requirement to the charter.
