Shall the Charter of the City of Taylor be amended by adding a section requiring the City Council to appoint a Charter Review Commission at least once every ten years and providing a process for appointment and review?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote requires the council to appoint a Charter Review Commission at least once every ten years.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not add this requirement to the charter.
