THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $119,902,773 in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds (water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district issue $119,902,773 in bonds for water, sewer, drainage and organization costs, repaid by property taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the bonds.
