THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The issuance of $13,153,137 in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes, without limit as to rate or amount, sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds (macadamized, graveled, or paved roads and turnpikes, or improvements, including storm drainage in aid of those roads)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district issue $13,153,137 in road bonds, repaid by property taxes without limit as to rate or amount.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the road bonds.
