THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The levy of a maintenance tax not to exceed one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation (water, sanitary sewer, drainage and storm sewer, organization and administration, and paved roads and turnpikes)
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the district levy a maintenance tax of up to $1.20 per $100 of assessed valuation.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the maintenance tax.
