THIS IS A TAX INCREASE. The adoption of a local sales and use tax in Wise County Emergency Services District No. 3 at a rate not to exceed one and one-half percent in any location in the district.

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for adopts a local sales and use tax in the emergency services district at a rate of up to 1.5 percent in any location in the district.

A “No” vote means

A vote against does not adopt the sales and use tax.
