The Creation of Wood County Emergency Services District #2 and authorize the imposition of a tax not to exceed the rate allowed by Section 48-e, Article III, of the Texas Constitution and Chapter 775 of the Texas Health & Safety Code

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote creates Wood County Emergency Services District No. 2 and authorizes it to levy a property tax up to the rate the Texas Constitution allows.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not create the district or authorize the tax.
