THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE; the issuance of bonds in the amount of $30,000,000 for a new baseball and softball complex and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for authorizes Denver City ISD to issue $30,000,000 in bonds for a new baseball and softball complex and to levy taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A vote against does not authorize these bonds.
