Shall pari-mutuel wagering be permitted in Amherst County at satellite facilities in accordance with Chapter 29 (§ 59.1-364 et seq.) of Title 59.1 of the Code of Virginia?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote permits pari-mutuel wagering at satellite facilities in Amherst County under Chapter 29 of Title 59.1 of the Code of Virginia.
A “No” vote means
A no vote means pari-mutuel wagering at satellite facilities is not permitted in Amherst County under this referendum.
