Should Giles County, Virginia, enact a local retail sales tax of up to one percent (1%) to provide funds that can only be used to pay for construction and renovation of public schools in Giles County to expire on July 1, 2046?

A “Yes” vote means

Giles County may enact a local sales tax of up to 1%, used only for construction and renovation of Giles County public schools, expiring July 1, 2046.

A “No” vote means

Giles County does not enact the local sales tax of up to 1% for school construction and renovation.
