Question: Shall the County of Loudoun, Virginia contract a debt and issue its general obligation capital improvement bonds in the maximum principal amount of $40,255,000 to finance, in whole or in part, the design, construction, equipping and other costs of the LCPS Capital Renewal and Alterations and the VIEW Transition Academy; and the costs of other public school facilities as requested by the Loudoun County School Board?

A “Yes” vote means

The county may borrow up to $40,255,000 through general obligation bonds for LCPS capital renewal and alterations, the VIEW Transition Academy and other school facilities the School Board requested.

A “No” vote means

The county does not get voter approval to issue these general obligation bonds for school projects.
