Question: Shall the County of Loudoun, Virginia contract a debt and issue its general obligation capital improvement bonds in the maximum principal amount of $280,848,000 to finance, in whole or in part, the design, construction and other costs of improvements for Route 15 Lucketts Bypass, Route 15 / Hogback Mountain Road Roundabout, Route 50 / Loudoun County Parkway Interchange, Route 7 / 287 Interchange, and Sidewalk and Trail Program; and the costs of other public road and transportation projects approved in the County's Capital Improvement Program?

A “Yes” vote means

The county may borrow up to $280,848,000 through general obligation bonds for Route 15, Route 50 and Route 7 road projects, sidewalks and trails, and other transportation projects.

A “No” vote means

The county does not get voter approval to issue these general obligation bonds for road and transportation projects.
