Should Middlesex County add a 1% general retail sales tax on purchases to provide revenue solely for the construction or major renovation of Middlesex County Public Schools in Middlesex County?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Middlesex County to add a 1% sales tax, with the revenue used only to build or majorly renovate Middlesex County Public Schools.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the additional 1% sales tax for school construction and renovation.
