Official plain English statement

The Board of Commissioners of Asotin County, Washington adopted Resolution No. 26-27 concerning a proposition to continue to finance emergency medical services within rural EMS #2. If approved, this proposition would continue to fund the necessary emergency medical services within Rural EMS #2 through a property tax levy. This would increase the current property tax levy of up to 15 cents (or less) to 28 cents (or less) per $1,000 assessed valuation each year for six consecutive years beginning in 2027.
