SHALL THE TOWN OF ALBION LEVY A ONE-YEAR EXCESS PROPERTY TAX OF $20,000, AN ESTIMATED $0.459 PER $1,000 OF 2026 ASSESSED VALUATION, FOR FIRE PROTECTION, LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES, EMERGENCY RESPONSE, AND OTHER LAWFUL PUBLIC SAFETY PURPOSES FOR THE TOWN OF ALBION FOR COLLECTION IN 2027?

A “Yes” vote means

Albion levies a one-year excess property tax of $20,000 (an estimated $0.459 per $1,000 of assessed value) for fire protection, law enforcement and other public safety purposes, collected in 2027.

A “No” vote means

Albion does not levy the $20,000 public safety excess property tax in 2027.
