A “Yes” vote means
Endicott levies a one-year excess property tax of $15,000 (an estimated $0.49 per $1,000 of assessed value) to maintain and improve its parks, collected in 2027.
A “No” vote means
Endicott does not levy the $15,000 park excess property tax in 2027.

The Town of Endicott requests voter approval of a one-year excess property tax levy of $15,000 to maintain and improve parks facilities. Funds may be used for mowing, tree maintenance, landscaping, playgrounds, irrigation, park facilities, accessibility improvements, safety improvements, and other lawful park purposes. The estimated levy rate is $.49 per $1,000 of assessed valuation. The final levy rate will be determined by the Whitman County Assessor.
