Shall a levy by the Whitman County Cemetery District No. 2 of $105,000, an estimated $.82, or less, per one thousand dollars of assessed property valuation, be collected in 2027, to help defray the costs of equipment, improving the sprinkler system, and for other operation and maintenance of the Cemetery be approved?
A “Yes” vote means
The cemetery district levies $105,000 (an estimated $0.82 or less per $1,000 of assessed value), collected in 2027 for equipment, sprinkler improvements, and cemetery operation and maintenance.
A “No” vote means
The cemetery district does not levy the $105,000 in 2027.

Garfield Cemetery District No. 2, has proposed proposition 2027-1 to finance the operating and maintenance costs for WCCD2 and Silver Creek Cemeteries including: maintenance programs: sprinkler updates and installation, tree removal and safety projects, grant search and implementation: Veteran's memorial, columbarium development, headstone reset corrections grounds improvements: fertilizer, spraying, turf management, and purchases: purchase of grounds equipment, updates/construction of shop interior: secure records maintenance space, website and burial records in digital/online system, and other beautification projects for the year 2027.
