What this office does: Justices of the peace are constitutional county officers, one elected by the voters of each of Daviess County's three magisterial districts. In Daviess County the fiscal court is made up of the judge/executive and the county commissioners.

On the ballot in the Owensboro Grain, Wendell Foster, Hillcrest, Cigar Factory, Lincoln Mall, Roosevelt House, OMS, 5/6 Center, Newton Parrish, Hobo Woods, Chuck Gray, Texas Gas, Tamarack, Pleasant Ridge, Utica, Southern Oaks, Masonville and Fields precincts.
