What this office does: Justices of the peace are constitutional county officers, one elected by the voters of each of Daviess County's three magisterial districts. In Daviess County the fiscal court is made up of the judge/executive and the county commissioners.

On the ballot in the Audubon, Cravens, Lee Manor, Sutton, Immaculate, Apollo, Foust, Moreland, Precious Blood, Shifley Park, Southtown, Northtown, Saint Martins, West Side, Sorgho, Stanley, Saint Joseph and West Louisville precincts. Open seat: Justice of the Peace Charles McCarty is not on the ballot.
