Mary Jude Wolford's name is printed on the ballot (Jefferson County Clerk's sample ballot), but the Secretary of State lists her candidacy as withdrawn; she has said she intends to stay on the ballot (Kentucky Public Radio, Sept. 3, 2026). The Court of Justice's directory lists the seat as vacant. Declared write-in candidate: Michael R. Wilson.
