What this office does: Magistrates (justices of the peace) are each elected by one magisterial district and sit with the county judge/executive on the Edmonson County Fiscal Court, which adopts the county budget and ordinances.

On the ballot in the Lincoln Fire Dept and Bee Springs precincts. Open seat: Magistrate Gary Bagshaw is not on the ballot.
