What this office does: Magistrates (justices of the peace) are each elected by one magisterial district and sit with the county judge/executive on the Fleming County Fiscal Court, which adopts the county budget and ordinances.

On the ballot in the Ringos Mill, Hillsboro, Plummers Landing and Grange City precincts.
