Libertarian Lana Leguía is not on the ballot: the Appellate Division invalidated her petitions on July 31, the New Jersey Supreme Court declined her appeal on August 7 and denied reconsideration on August 11 (New Jersey Globe). County clerks' August 10 ballot drawings still included her at the state's suggestion; the Division of Elections' September 4 official list and Union County's sample ballot do not.
